Insurance

We accept third party reimbursement for our services. If you wish to use medical insurance to help cover the cost of counseling, please contact a customer service representative with your insurance company to find out your benefits and eligibility. The phone number for customer service is typically found on the back of your insurance card.

Ask the customer service representative (or you may be able to obtain the same information online at your medical insurance’s website):

Does my policy provide mental nervous benefits for outpatient counseling?
Does my policy reimburse to a licensed professional counselor?
Do I have a deductible and have I met the deductible?
Do I have a co-pay? If so, how much is it?
Do I need a referral or pre-authorization prior to my first appointment?
Am I responsible for the portion not covered by my insurance or should I expect the provider to write off the balance not covered by my policy?
